Join Pawnee County 4-H

wordleIt's Simple... Join a Club & Enroll Online!

Pawnee County 4-H Clubs meet nearly every month.  These meetings give youth opportunities to share their project work (speak), plan community service activities, and practice running meetings.  For specialized projects, like shooting sports, many counties have a county-wide program to allow the 4-Hers to learn from many different project leaders.

Joining a 4-H Club is easy! Pawnee County is always welcoming new members. While the 4-H year and enrollment begin on October 1, you can join a club during any time of the year. May 1 is our cutoff date for a 4-Her to be able to participate in the 4-H Classes at the Pawnee County & State Fair.  They are welcome to exhibit in the Open Classes to gain experience for the next year.

Pawnee County has 5 4-H Clubs.  We suggest you visit with a few of the club leaders listed below to find a club that will work for you and your family. Then all you need to do is attend your club meetings and fill out an online enrollment form...and you can start "Making the Best Better!"

To Fill Out an Online Enrollment Form

Starting in 2014, families must enroll in 4-H using an online enrollment system. It is a an easy process to complete. First, families create a family profile using one user ID and password for all members of the family. Next, you enroll each child within that family. This instruction form can help you with step-by-step instructions.  To enroll online, use Kansas 4-H Online.

Choosing Projects

Sometimes it can be overwhelming to choose projects as a new 4-Her or 4-H Family.  While Pawnee County offers many projects, not all the State projects are available in our county.
